Products exchanged/ returned complain can be raised within 24hours after delivery.Raise complain at sitaraglowofficial@gmail.com & attach invoice & product pictures. Products will only be exchanged if they’re in original condition. This entails being unopened, sealed, undamaged, with all stickers and tags are intact and packed in their original packing.

• No cash will be returned, only store credit or product can be exchanged.
• Record video before opening the parcel to claim any damage or missing product. Claims without video record will regrettably not be able to proceed further.

If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit.
